  • New underwear for men & women range from $15-20 for 6 pairs at Walmart (buy size medium--large for both men & women)

  • New winter coats for men & women ange from $50-60 at Walmart (buy size large for both men & women)

  • New gloves range from $16-20 dollars at Walmart

  • New galoshes for men or women range from $25 dollars at Walmart

  • New wool blanket range from $25-65 at Walmart (wool retains heat even when wet)

  • New thermal underwear ranges from $10-20 at Walmart (buy large size for both men & women)

  • New sleeping bags range from $60 (*need cold weather 0-degree rated waterproof bags) at Walmart

  • High quality protein bars can be found at Walmart or Costco

  • All other items on the list can be found for under $10 at Walmart, Dollar Tree, or Amazon
