NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT (NDA)

1. Purpose & Confidential Information
By entering your private invitation passcode and accessing this Self-Help Library, curriculum, and educational materials (collectively, the "Proprietary Materials"), you acknowledge that you are receiving exclusive access to confidential information owned by Out of the Dust Homeless Outreach. This confidential information includes, but is not limited to, specialized lesson plans, holistic wellness frameworks, behavioral tracking structures, instructional graphics, and peer-teaching models.

2. Non-Disclosure Obligations
You agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all Proprietary Materials. You shall not disclose, publish, reproduce, copy, or distribute any portion of these materials to any third party, public forum, or competing organization without express, prior written authorization from Out of the Dust Homeless Outreach.

3. Non-Compete Restrictions
You explicitly agree that you will not use, adapt, or replicate the structural design, specific behavior tracking metrics, or holistic teaching methods found within these pages to create, operate, or assist a competing outreach program, educational curriculum, or commercial enterprise for a period of two (2) years from the date of access.

4. Acceptance of Terms
Checking the "I Agree" box and submitting your invitation passcode constitutes your electronic signature and full legal acceptance of these binding terms. Unauthorized sharing of access links, passcodes, or Proprietary Materials will result in immediate termination of access and may subject the user to legal remedies.
